What happens after the 90 days?+
Day 90 isn't a finish line — it's when your baseline is locked in and we go to work on what's next. Most clients continue month to month from there, moving from establishing the basics into more individualized, refined work. Nothing about the relationship ends at day 90 unless you want it to.
What if I travel a lot?+
Travel is one of the specific things the Real-Week Audit accounts for from day one. Your Baseline Week is tested against a travel week before you start, and you'll have Breakpoint Rules already written for what to do when you're on the road — so a trip doesn't have to mean a lost week.
I've tried coaching before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?+
Most coaching hands you a plan built for an ideal week and reviews it after the fact — so by the time anyone notices it broke, the week is already gone. The Real-Week Method™ is built from your actual constraints, checked against a bad week before you start, and adjusted mid-week while there's still time to do something about it. That's a structural difference, not a promise to try harder.
Can you really personalize this if it's online?+
The coaching is personal because a real person is doing it — not because it happens in person. Your plan comes from the Real-Week Audit of your specific life, your Breakpoint Rules are written for your specific failure points, and your Mid-Week Course Correction is a real check-in, not an automated nudge.
What if I miss a session or have a bad week?+
That's exactly what Breakpoint Rules are for. A missed session or a rough week isn't a verdict on your character — it's data, and there's already a decision in place for what happens next. You shift, adjust, and keep moving. No punishment, no restart from zero.
Do I need a perfect schedule or an extreme diet for this to work?+
No — that's the opposite of the point. The whole system is built so you can get leaner, stronger, and more energetic without a perfect week, without extreme restriction, and without fitness becoming a second job.
Is my problem really about knowledge or motivation?+
Almost never. Most men who reach out already know the basics. What's usually missing isn't information or motivation — it's a plan flexible enough to survive their actual week. That's what this fixes.
How is this different from an app or a generic program?+
An app logs what you tell it. A generic program is the same plan for everyone with your name at the top. The Real-Week Method actively maps your specific constraints and adjusts the plan while your week is still in progress — not after it's already been lost.
What's the coach actually like to work with?+
I've had my own battles managing my health in the middle of a full life — that's exactly why TVP exists. I'm not coaching from the outside looking in; I'm still walking this myself. You can read more about that on the home page.
Is this worth the investment?+
Think of it less as paying for workouts and more as investing in becoming a man who follows through — on his health, and on what that health supports in the rest of his life. The system is the mechanism; the follow-through is the actual outcome.
