TrueVision Performance is run by Trent Vase (ABN 90 953 723 271), a sole trader based in Victoria, Australia. This page explains what personal information I collect through this website, why, who can see it, and how to ask me to change or delete it. I've tried to say it plainly.

What I collect, and how

When you book a Coaching Call. Bookings go through Calendly. They collect your name, email and the answers you give when you book. Calendly then sends you to the Assessment Form.

When you complete the Free Game Plan Assessment Form. This is a Google Form, and the answers come to me. It asks for:

  • Your name, date of birth, height, weight, waist or jeans size and preferred contact method.
  • Your goals, what has made them hard, and what you've tried before.
  • Your eating, training, sleep, stress and daily routine.
  • Health details: allergies and intolerances, supplements and medications, injuries and limitations, and whether you're working with a clinician.

Some of this is health information, which the law treats as sensitive. I only collect it so I can build your personalised 12-week training and nutrition plan. By submitting the form you consent to me collecting and using it for that purpose. You can leave any question blank, though the plan will be less accurate.

If you become a coaching client. I'll collect more as we work together, including any progress information you share. If you choose to share starting photos, they are optional, only requested once you begin coaching, and used only to track your progress.

Anonymous website statistics. The site uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to see which pages are visited and how fast they load. This doesn't identify you personally. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block them in your browser or use Google's opt-out tool. The Consistency Audit quiz runs in your browser only. Your answers are not sent or stored anywhere. The video on the home page is from YouTube, which may set its own cookies once you press play.

How I use it

  • To build and deliver your Free Game Plan, whether or not you ever become a client.
  • To follow up with you personally by DM or email, to see how your plan is going and, where it's a fit, to talk about coaching. I don't use an email list or send newsletters.
  • To coach you, if you become a client.
  • To run the business: bookings, payments and agreements.

I don't sell your information, and I don't use it for advertising. The site doesn't run advertising trackers.

Who can see it

Only me. Your information is held in tools I use to run the business:

  • Google (Forms, Sheets, Drive and Analytics) and Calendly, which hold bookings and form answers.
  • Microsoft Outlook, which I use for email.
  • If you become a client: the tools used to coach and bill you, such as Stripe for payments, SignWell for agreements, Telegram for messages and Loom for video check-ins.

These providers may store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. I only use reputable providers, and I protect my own accounts with two-factor login.

I'll only share your information with someone else if you ask me to, or if the law requires it. I'll never publish your name, photos or results without your written permission.

How long I keep it

  • Form answers from people who don't become clients: deleted 12 months after you submit the form.
  • If you become a client: I keep your records while we work together and for 2 years afterwards. Payment and tax records are kept for the period the law requires.

You can ask me to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask me to:

  • Show you the personal information I hold about you.
  • Correct anything that's wrong.
  • Delete it.

Email coaching@tvpfm.com and I'll respond within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how I've handled something, tell me first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Keeping it secure

My accounts use two-factor login, this website uses HTTPS, and the site has no accounts, passwords or payment forms of its own. No system is perfectly secure, so I only collect what I need. If a data breach ever put your information at serious risk, I'd tell you and the OAIC as the law requires.

Changes to this page

If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top.
